Boot Camps Update

I've received numerous requests, so I have added Boot Camps for Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 pm.  So the new schedule looks like this:

Tuesday:  5 am, 6 am, 6 pm
Thursday:  5 am, 6 am, 6pm

These will begin on Thursday, Oct 21.  Please let me know if you intend to participate in one of these camps.

My first blog entry!

Well here it is...my first post to the Personal Best blog.  Why a blog?  This is where I will update clients on upcoming events, schedule changes and post articles of interest that I either author or find that are worth sharing.  If any of you readers have suggestions for this blog,  I want to hear about them.

I'm excited to be starting the new Boot Camps next week.  For now I'll be running them on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 am and 6 am, beginning on October 21, 2010.  If there is interest in an evening camp, I'll try to set one up.  The Boot Camps will combine stretching, cardio, calisthenics and resistance training in one action packed hour.  They are designed for groups of 5 - 10.  Initially, they are designed to accommodate most fitness levels.  As I see a need, I will start a Beyond Boot Camp group for those at an advanced fitness level.  The individual session price will be $10, but ask me about money saving monthly packages.  I've included the new Boot Camp poster for your enjoyment.
